Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day after your order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery
Delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout and your delivery location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Orders placed using a PO Box may be cancelled or delayed until an alternative residential or business address is provided.
Returns & Refunds
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
Change of Mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging where reasonably possible.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Please note that the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings unless they are faulty or not as described.
Personalised, customised or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned unless it is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
Where applicable, you may be entitled to:
- A repair or replacement.
- A full refund (including return postage costs).
- Other remedies available under UK consumer law.
Please contact us before returning a faulty item so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
